JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police responded to the following calls:
DUI/Act 64 Arrest in Winslow Township
Around 1:06 a.m. on March 31, a known, 42-year-old Brookville man was stopped for several traffic violations.
While speaking with the suspect, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was evident on his breath. A small amount of marijuana was also observed in the vehicle.
He was subsequently arrested for summary traffic violations and DUI pending blood results.
The name of the suspect was not released.
Theft by Deception in Polk Township
On March 30, an incident of theft by deception occurred on Game School Road, in Polk Township.
An unknown actor(s) defrauded the victim out of money.
