State Police Calls: DUI in Brookville Borough, Drug Possession in Henderson Township

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Brookville Borough

Police say a known male who was operating a 1996 Jeep Cherokee was arrested for suspicion of DUI following a traffic stop on Tunnel Hill Road in Brookville Borough around 12:49 a.m. on Sunday, November 1.

The name of the driver was not released.

Drug Possession in Henderson Township

According to police, around 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, a known 30-year-old Rockton man was arrested for felony warrants at a location on State Route 119 near Bottle Road in Henderson Township.

Police say during the encounter, controlled substances were located in an associated vehicle, identified as a 2019 Nissan.

The investigation is ongoing.

The name of the accused was not released.
