State Police Calls: Retail Theft, Harassment

JEFFERSON CO., PA. (EYT) – State police responded to the following calls:

Retail Theft in Reynoldsville

DuBois-based State Police say a retail theft occurred around 1:40 p.m. on August 28 at Goodwill located at 5890 Route 322 in Reynoldsville.

State police investigated an incident where a known, 76-year-old Punxsutawney woman transferred price tags on items in an attempt to deprive Goodwill of the full retail price.

The individual will be charged through District Court 54-3-02.

The name of the accused was not released.

Harassment in Young Township

Punxsutawney-based State Police say an incident of harassment occurred around 5:00 p.m. on August 12 at Moose International located at 656 South Main Street in Punxsutawney, Young Township.

State Police say around 2:11 a.m. on August 13, PSP Punxsutawney was advised of a harassment incident that occurred at the Moose International the previous evening.

Police say the following individuals are involved in the incident:

– a 57-year-old Punxsutawney man, a victim/suspect
– a 40-year-old Punxsutawney man, a victim/suspect
– a 46-year-old Punxsutawney man, a victim/suspect
– a 52-year-old Punxsutawney woman, a suspect

No other information was released.

The names of the individuals involved were not provided.
