Area state police responded to the following incidents:
Area Woman Cited After Domestic Dispute
State Police in Clearfield responded to a domestic dispute on Church Street in Morris Township, Clearfield County, around 6:29 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2.
Police say a 60-year-old Morrisdale woman was cited for harassment following an investigation.
The victim is a 30-year-old Cooper Township woman.
Illegal Firearm Purchase
According to a report released by PSP Indiana on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, troopers investigated an illegal firearm purchase in White Township, Indiana County.
Police say a 53-year-old Clymer man attempted to purchase a firearm under false pretenses on May 12, 2023, in the 3100 block of Oakland Avenue.
Charges are pending.
The suspects’ names were not released.
