State Police Calls: DUI’s, Drug Paraphernalia

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Bell Township

According to police, around 4:37 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, a known, 40-year-old Clearfield man was stopped for a summary traffic violation.

During the stop, he was determined to be DUI on alcohol.

Charges are pending.

DUI in Reynoldsville Borough

Police say around 8:31 p.m. on Friday, April 20, a known, 52-year-old Reynoldsville man was stopped for a summary traffic violation.

During the traffic stop, he was determined to be DUI on alcohol.

Charges are pending.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Brookville Borough

According to police, around 5:55 p.m. on Monday, April 30, a traffic stop was performed on Second Street near Western Avenue in Brookville Borough for a summary traffic violation.

Upon further investigation, 33-year-old Cassie Jo Sarvey and 30-year-old Dillon Patrick Nelson, who were passengers in the vehicle, were both allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges were filed through District Court 54-3-03.
