State Police Calls: Harassment, Theft, Marijuana Possession

DuBois-based State Police responded to the following incidents:

Harassment in Huston Township

Police say around 7:00 p.m. on October 6, a known Penfield man engaged in a verbal dispute with a DuBois man that turned physical when the suspect grabbed the arm of the victim and attempted to pull him out of his truck, threatening to assault him.

Charges were filed against the accused for Harassment, a summary offense.

Theft in Huston Township

According to police, an unknown perpetrator(s) removed several parts from a loader parked along the railroad tracks, off Bark Camp Road, in Huston Township, Clearfield County.

The incident occurred between April 1, 2015, and October 6, 2015, police say.

Possession of Marijuana/Pills in Union Township

Police say around 11:14 a.m. on September 30, a 28-year-old Campbell, OH, man was stopped for summary traffic violations on Interstate 80 East, at mile marker 104.6, in Union Township, Clearfield County.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that the accused was in possession of drugs and pills, according to police.

The name of the suspect was not released.

No additional information was provided.
