Local state police responded to the following incidents:

Leads Sought in Criminal Mischief Incident

PSP Clearfield received a report of a criminal mischief incident in the 1100 block of Spring Street in Woodward Township, Clearfield County, around 9:10 a.m. on Sunday, November 5.

Police say a younger male between 14- and 16-years-old riding a bicycle stopped on the victim’s property and turned off the gas supply to heat the building on the premise.

The young male was wearing a white or light colored hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and black shoes.

The victim is a 55-year-old Houtzdale man.

Anyone with information regarding this incident are asked to contact PSP Clearfield at 814-857-3800.

PFA Violation in Canoe Township

Punxsutawney-based State Police received a report of a PFA violation near Locust Road in Canoe Township, Indiana County, at 9:57 a.m. on Wednesday, November 1.

Police say the arrestee is a 60-year-old male from Rochester Mills.

The victim is a 63-year-old female from Rochester Mills.

This investigation is ongoing.
