State Police Calls: Man Accused of Giving Marijuana Brownies to Juvenile; DUI Arrest

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police are investigating the following calls:

Corruption of Minors in Reynoldsville Borough

On September 21, DuBois-based State Police were contacted after a mandated reporter discovered a father was allegedly giving his juvenile child marijuana-laced brownies.

Police say the victim was identified as a 17-year-old female from Reynoldsville and the incident reportedly occurred in the summer of 2020.

The investigation is ongoing.

DUI in Reynoldsville Borough

Around 9:46 p.m. on September 28, DuBois-based State Police initiated a traffic stop on a 2007 Toyota Yaris on 3rd Street in Reynoldsville Borough.

According to police, the driver of the vehicle, a known 48-year-old man from Reynoldsville, displayed signs of being impaired on a controlled substance.

Police say charges are pending the results of a blood test.
