State Police Calls: DUI of Marijuana, Trespassing in Oliver Twp.

JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Oliver Township

Around 11:57 a.m. Tuesday, October 16, Punxsutawney-based State Police conducted a traffic stop for summary traffic violations on Wachob Drive in Oliver Township.

It was determined the operator, a known 35-year-old Hamilton man, was driving under the influence of marijuana. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.

Charges are pending the results of a toxicology report.

The driver’s name was not released.

Trespassing in Oliver Township

Around 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to an incident of trespass by motor vehicle on Kunselman Road in Oliver Township.

Police say known 18-year-old DuBois man and a known 23-year-old Summerville man were cited for their involvement.
