State Police Seek Info on Mini-Excavator, Trailer Stolen from Falls Creek Business

FALLS CREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – State Police investigators are asking for the public’s help as they attempt to crack a recent theft case.

According to DuBois-based State Police Tpr. Caputo, unknown person(s) stole a Kobelco Model SK30SR mini-excavator and a Sure-Trac dual axle tilt-bed trailer by which it was secured.

Tpr. Caputo said the theft occurred sometime between January 12 at 7:00 p.m. and January 13 at 9:00 a.m.

The mini-excavator is black and yellow and has a fully enclosed cab.

The trailer is black with a wooden deck and white powder-coated wheels.

Both vehicles were parked at Moore Propane, 62 Preston Way, Falls Creek Borough, Jefferson County.

The victim is listed as a 42-year-old DuBois man.
