Sykesville Man Jailed on Felony Drug Charges

arrestedSYKESVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – A Sykesville man is facing felony drug charges in Reynoldville District Court.

According to online court documents, 43-year-old Frederick John Herzog IV is facing the following charges after an incident on December 30, 2015:

  • Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
  • Possession Of Firearm Prohibited, Felony
  • Marijuana – Small Amount Personal Use, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
  • Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

Herzog is lodged in the Jefferson County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 11, 2016 with Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana presiding.
