SNYDER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – DuBois-based State Police say an incident resulting in harassment charges took place at a residence on Route 219 in Snyder Township, Jefferson County.
Police say that at 7:10 p.m. on June 16, 2015, three Brockway residents were engaging in an argument about a mutual property line.
The individuals are listed as 43-year-old George Bailey, 46-year-old Richard Ballard, and 45-year-old Loretta McKay.
The incident escalated and the individuals struck, shoved, and threatened each-other, according to police.
Police say charges were filed against all three individuals through Judge Inzana’s office.
