Three Locals Arrested After 144 Bags of Suspected Heroin Seized

State Police MANOR TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Three people are facing charges after Kittanning-based State Police recovered 144 bags of suspected heroin Saturday during a traffic stop.

Police say they conducted a traffic stop on Indiana Pike after discovering the driver of the vehicle had an active warrant.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that the three individuals in the vehicle were allegedly in possession of 144 bags of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Ryan Snyder, 34, of Mayport, Brian Perrin, 34, of Reynoldsville, and Ashley Vega, 26, of Punxsutawney, were arrested in connection with the incident.

All three were arraigned and placed in the Armstrong County jail on $50,000.00 bond each.

As of Sunday evening court documents were not available to show the specific charges.
