CONEMAUGH TWP, Pa. – Two Saltsburg-area teenagers who were reported missing have been located and are safe.
Jade Best, 17, and Robert Collins, 17, both of whom were reported missing by family members on Tuesday, were located Wednesday evening, January 24.
Troopers extended gratitude to members of the media and the public for their assistance.
