REDBANK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Two people are facing assault charges following an incident at a residence in Redbank Township, Clarion County.
Court documents indicate that 53-year-old Edward Arnold Bradley, Jr., of Fairmount City, and 54-year-old Tina Marie Hazlett, of New Bethlehem, are facing charges in connection with the April 4 incident.
Both individuals were arrested and arraigned before District Magistrate 18-3-04 and placed in the Clarion County Jail. Both defendants were released the following day after posting bail.
They both face charges of misdemeanor Simple Assault and summary Harassment.
Preliminary hearings are set for April 12.
