Two Men Jailed on Drug Charges in Jefferson County

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. – According to Punxsutawney-based State Police, around 4:30 p.m. on May 20, two men were arrested on drug charges at a residence on West Mahoning Street, in Punxutawney, Jefferson County.

Police say a search warrant and arrest warrants were served by members of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop C Vice Unit, Crime Unit, Patrol Unit, Jefferson County Drug Task Force, and Punxsutawney Borough Police Department.

Heroin; Marijuana; Marijuana Smoking Devices; Drug Paraphernalia; and $923.00 in cash were seized.

Donald Lequay Kelley, 21, of Pittsburgh was charged with 2 counts of Delivery of Heroin.

Ryan J. Brownlee, 24, of Punxsutawney, was charged with 1 count of Delivery of Heroin.

Additional charges will be filed against both individuals.

Both men were incarcerated in the Jefferson County Jail – Kelley on $250,000.00 straight cash bail and Brownlee on $150,000.00 straight cash bail by Magisterial District Justice Douglas Chambers.
