COOKSBURG, Pa. (EYT) – “Yoga in the Forest” is set for this week on August 19 and 21 at the River Road picnic area in Cooksburg.
Cook Forest Massage will be hosting “Yoga in the Forest” on the following days:
Tuesday, August 19, 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Thursday, August 21, 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The class is designed for the beginner; however, all levels are welcome.
Bring a blanket/towel, mat, bug spray, if possible.
The price is $10.00 cash.
Drop-ins are welcome.
