BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Police say a wanted man was taken into custody following a foot chase in Brookville Borough on Saturday.
On January 22, Brookville Borough Police received a tip on a possibly wanted individual staying at a known location in Brookville Borough.
Brookville Police were then able to confirm the wanted individual, identified as a known 37-year-old man, was staying at the reported location.
Brookville Borough Police and Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to the location.
According to police, the wanted man was apprehended following a short foot pursuit.
Police say charges related to the incident are pending.
The name of the suspect was not released.
