…FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT…
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for portions of east central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, including the following
areas, in east central Ohio, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson OH, and Tuscarawas.
In Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, Jefferson PA, Lawrence, Washington, Westmoreland, and Westmoreland Ridges. In West Virginia, Brooke and Hancock.
* Through late tonight
* Showers and thunderstorms will redevelop today. Storms may produce rain heavy enough to cause flooding. Rain today will be falling on already saturated soils, especially those that saw the very heavy rain amounts yesterday.

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
