JEFFERSON CO., Pa. (EYT) – Scattered snow showers and reduced visibility continue for Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

…SNOW SHOWERS CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITIES…

Scattered snow showers continue to move eastward at 30 to 35 MPH across the region. Some of these snow showers are reducing visibility to below 1/4 for brief periods of time. Most snow accumulation is occurring on grassy or elevated surfaces, but a quick minor accumulation is possible on roads with the heavier snow rates.

If you encounter limited visibility in a snow shower while driving, reduce your speed and increase the distance between your car and those that surround you.
