* WHAT…Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 45 to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE…Portions of northwest, southwest, west central and western Pennsylvania, east central Ohio and northern and northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN…From 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
