* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.
