* WHAT…A wintry mix of precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch from freezing rain.
* WHERE…Portions of western Pennsylvania, east central Ohio and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
