BRADY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Charges are pending in a January 19 assault case in Brady Township, Clearfield County.
DuBois-Based State Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. on Golden Yolk Road.
Upon arrival on the scene, officers determined that a 38-year-old Luthersburg woman had purposely struck a vehicle being driven by a 35-year-old Luthersburg man. The victim’s vehicle was also occupied by a juvenile male.
The parties were also involved in a domestic disturbance at their residence prior to the incident.
The suspect was lodged at the Clearfield County Jail to await arraignment.
Charges are pending.
Police did not release the name of the defendant.
No injuries were reported.
