UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Punxsutawney-based State Police say an assault allegedly occurred on Mendenhall Road, in Union Township, Jefferson County.
According to police, 21-year-old Samantha Arnett, of Meadville, was charged with one count of Simple Assault and one count of Harassment after she allegedly assaulted a 59-year-old Linesville man, resulting in minor injuries.
The incident occurred sometime between 1:30 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. on July 25.
Charges were filed through District Court 54-3-03.
She was placed on $20,000.00 bond and was committed to the Jefferson County Jail in lieu of posting the bond.
